Eye diagram and jitter analysis to assist signal integrity analysis

As the core of signal integrity analysis of high-speed systems, eye diagram analysis can reflect the overall characteristics of digital signals transmitted on signal links, observe the influence of inter-symbol crosstalk and noise, and then evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the system. Jitter analysis can measure various jitter parameters of the signal, decompose the jitter based on TIE data, and analyze various jitter components in time domain and frequency domain. The bandwidth of 8GHz allows eye diagram and jitter analysis to meet more test scenarios, such as testing of LVDS and MIPI signals.

Protocol Consistency Analysis

The SDS7000A currently supports multiple protocol conformance tests such as USB 2.0, 100 BASE-TX, 1000 BASE-T, 100 BASE-T1, and 1000 BASE-T1. These conformance test analysis features can help engineers conduct electrical performance and functional tests before mass production, thus guaranteeing product quality and reliability. The consistency analysis solution launched by Dingyang Technology can perform single or multiple tests, show users how to connect the oscilloscope to the device under test, automatically set the oscilloscope for each test item, display the detailed information of each item that has been tested and pass the standard, and generate HTML or XML test reports.

High resolution oscilloscope

The high-resolution oscilloscope has a 12-bit vertical resolution and a quantization level of up to 4096 levels, which is 16 times that of ordinary 8-bit oscilloscopes. The quantization error is small, and it can reach 16-bit in enhanced resolution mode. The waveform restoration is more realistic, and the parameter measurement is more accurate, especially suitable for measuring and analyzing slightly changing signals, such as high-precision sensors, actuators, and fast laser pulse measurement
